Full-Day Mediation Sessions typically will begin at 9am and continue until 6pm, with an hour-long break for lunch.
Half-Day Mediation Sessions can be scheduled to run from 9am until 1 pm, or from 2pm until 6pm. These do not include a lunch break, of course, but will have a scheduled 15-minute break during the session.
Standard Rates for a Full-Day Session are $1,400 per side, or a total of $2,800.
Standard Rates for a Half-Day Session are $700 per side, or a total of $1,400.
If, at the conclusion of the regular session, all participants including the mediator believe that a resolution seems imminent, any Session may be extended by agreement of the parties. If extended, additional time will be billed at the rate of $350, to the nearest quarter-hour. Each party will be responsible for one-half of the extended billing.
Payment of the Standard Rate is due prior to the mediation date. Standard Rates include the mediator’s preparation for the scheduled Session.
Snacks and Drinks are provided. Lunch delivery for Full-day Sessions can be arranged.
Earlier or later start/end times can be arranged with advance notice, subject to the availability of the mediator.
